Day 1: experience awareness

#DescriptionEEG
1Difficulty calming your thoughts or noticing that your thoughts are racing. Experiencing, for example, itching on the body, being easily distracted, and having little focus. A feeling of “why am I doing this”. The feeling of relaxing and calming down.
  • Continuous beta, sometimes with a few other brainwaves
  • Possibly an Alfa occasionally
2A 'hazy' state of mild dizziness. Sensations as if going under anesthesia. Mild feelings of nausea. Thoughts fill with everyday matters (almost as a way to avoid inner silence). A feeling of dispersed energy. A feeling as if falling asleep or waking up from sleep.
  • Beta is starting to decrease, but is still present
  • Alfa shows itself to be more and stronger
3Your energy is starting to come together more. Memories from your youth. You are beginning to experience increasing calm and relaxation. Fleeting images flash through your mind. Images from the present and the recent past shoot through your head. Still struggling to maintain focus. The feeling that you are caught between different states of calm and unrest.
  • Beta is starting to decrease more and more
  • Stronger Alfa that can be more consistent
  • Lower frequencies occur more frequently (Theta)
4Strongly aware of bodily sensations such as breathing, heartbeat, and even the flow of your blood through your veins. A feeling that you are letting go of physical boundaries. A feeling as if your limbs have lost all sensation or as if you are full of air. The feeling of being very big or small, very light or heavy. Sometimes your consciousness can be experienced inside, and then outside, your body.
  • Highly reduced Beta
  • Continue Alpha
  • Increase in Theta
5Lucid state of consciousness. Feeling of deep satisfaction. Intense alertness, calmness, and freedom. Sensations of disappearing into space or detaching from your body and surroundings. Very strong imagination when desired. Experience not present in previous states. Intuitive insights, 'aha' moments.Meditative state of consciousness (alpha, theta, delta), Awakened Mind (beta, alpha, theta, delta)

  • Strong control or beta, no thoughts or creative thoughts
  • Continue alpha and theta
6New sensory experience. Intuitive insights into old problems, as if viewing them from a new angle. Opposites converge in higher insight. Feeling of being surrounded by light. Conscious of higher spiritual attention. The feeling that nothing is important except 'being'. A sense of deep happiness and indefinable peace. A sense of wisdom and universal knowledge.5 possible patterns

  • Awakened Mind (beta, alpha, theta, delta)
  • Evolved Mind (circle)
  • Yoga Nidra (display of Delta)
  • Outside of physical experience (hardly any brain activity)
  • Higher self or 'Superconscious mind'
