Unconditional love
Movement arises from stillness, just as sound is best heard from silence. It is the stillness we must seek out to experience who we truly are. When we are aware of our inner breathing, our heart, which finds its rest in love. Love for ourselves, and from that stillness, love for the other. Observing what happens in the mutual interaction, without expectations, without desires.
Accept yourself first
As individuals, we are all connected to one another; it is our empathy that gives direction to this. When we become aware and open our hearts to let the other in, with her pain and joy. Living in the full awareness that we can live in connection with one another. But this path is not easy, for you will first have to learn to know yourself and accept every aspect of it.
But who are you then?
Everyone is already perfect; however, it is how we think of ourselves that falls short of this. We take the impression others give us as truth, while overlooking how we truly feel. Do you see the light of your own soul in the mirror, or the shadow someone else casts over you? Stand in your own light again, and allow the other person freedom in their perception as well. There is no single truth; there is only your truth. Your naked truth, in which you may see yourself as you truly are.
Learn to trust yourself
Be true to yourself, to your heart and its deepest desires. Be who you truly are and let go of the false illusions that won't get you anywhere anyway. You only need to be. Your place on earth is to experience, to be. Not to strive, to win or lose, not to put others on a pedestal and follow them. Follow your own inner voice, be your own master, and learn.
Where there is love, you will find direction
Learn to find your way through the word of the heart. For where there is love, there is always a path. And where you find the path, set out and walk away from that which does not serve you. Leave the busyness behind you and find the silence of your soul. Let life be an expression of the soul. Her love is eternal.
