True religion is about trust
Trust expresses itself in an unceasing joy that everything is good as it may be. The only thing you can do now is be aware of life.

Thinking is the driver of dual perception; breathing, on the other hand, gives you the space to connect with the higher self. Meditation is learning to let go, is being in the Now. The Now knows no space and time, no you and me. In the Now, everything is one!

Meditation with the full moon gives us the opportunity to connect with the higher self, when we become more in touch with our feelings and our emotions are given the space to simply be.

Meditation is not very difficult; especially with the help of an object to focus on, you will experience how quickly this helps you find your inner peace.

True happiness is not found outside of us. I began to discover it more and more in my meditation. Meditation is not a matter of 'stopping thinking' or sitting as still as possible and focusing on your breathing. That is merely the vehicle. Meditation is peace. An inner peace within ourselves that transcends all situations and circumstances.

The freer you feel to give expression to your own 'being', the easier it will be to find your own tone while chanting mantras.

Are you aware of whether you meditate actively or passively, or do you find it challenging enough to sit still for 15 minutes or half an hour?
