I feel and see all sorts of things, but what does it really mean?
The beauty is; you are the dictionary! You now get to discover and decipher your dictionary.
This dictionary does not speak to you through your mind, but through your feelings; your intuition! This dictionary is therefore unique, because you are unique. This is why red means something different to me than it does to you, and why I like a flower that you might find smelly.
I have a fun exercise for you!
Take the cable from your phone that you use to charge it; we are going to use this object for the exercise. Take a few deep breaths and let go of all your thoughts for a moment, just pay attention to your breathing. Now look at the cable and let your feelings speak. What does your gut say about this little cable? Something practical? Something logical? Something symbolic? Something visual? Is the cable clean, dirty, broken or new? What strikes you immediately? What does it mean to you?
Pay attention though! Because your intuition really speaks to you at lightning speed! Your thinking is an old diesel compared to your super-sonic turbo speed intuition.
The more you start practising this, the easier it becomes... at some point it becomes second nature to look beyond your nose. Then, when you have a spiritual experience and you see or hear something, you know that you can listen to your feelings about what it means. And the first hunch is often the best!
This is one of the exercises I do with the participants in my trainings and it is really super fun! Not only is it a good exercise, but it does so much more; you also start looking differently at life around you. Walking in nature makes you look differently at everything that lives and moves. The harmony, the beauty, the incredible complexity and yet again the simplicity.
Does this appeal to you? Then take a look at the Sensitivity, Spirituality and Communication training. Then I will help you decipher your vocabulary!
With love, Edwin
