How nice that you found my website! On this page I introduce myself, at least, tell a few things about myself. Would you like to get really acquainted sometime, Then click on this link. Before you read on, I'd like to tell you why I have this website, a practice, and help people on their spiritual journey through life. In short, it comes down to;
I help people reconnect. With themselves as ‘body, mind & spirit’. Or as a physical person, but also spiritually and energetically. Also the connection with each other; with people, nature, animals and on a spiritual level with the spiritual world.
We are so much more than our bodies, more than our thoughts and emotions. I want to help you trust yourself again and recognise your power with which you may shape your life. I am therefore very grateful and happy to see that people of all faiths and beliefs know how to find my practice. In the end, there is only one faith, one religion and that is love.
In search of answers in Buddhism and Krishnamurti
It was so long ago. I turned 19 that month when my father died suddenly. It turned my world upside down and I had no choice but to look for answers. Answers that I found in Buddhism and with Krishnamurti, an exceptionally wise man.
I learnt various meditation techniques and followed yoga for years. But despite my enthusiasm for yoga and meditation, a void remained that just didn't seem to be filled.
Spiritual healing and contact with my late father
“Coming home again” is how it felt after my first consultation in June 2006 at Joke Winters, trance healing medium. That feeling of coming home happened because Joke gave my ‘experiences’ a place and name. Because ever since I can remember, I have been communicating with the spiritual world and this had become an integral part of my life. But because I didn't really know how to deal with it and what exactly it was, I saw it as a burden rather than a blessing.
When I reconnected with my father in 2006 with Joke, I discovered a piece of my gift and personally experienced the healing effect of this contact. In the years that followed, I had regular mystical experiences and it became clear to me that the physical body should only be considered a temporary thing.

For The Better - live
The Arthur Findlay College
I first visited the famous Arthur Findlay College in England. My goal was to develop my (trance) healing gifts but this is also where my strong mediumistic gifts emerged. I had never consciously made a contact to prove that life does not end at physical death. This week, it was brought home to me that besides healing, I also had the potential to develop demonstrative mediumship, among other facets of mediumship.
Between 2011 and 2018, I attended 17 weeks of training at the Arthur Findlay College with some of the best mediums in the world. I also attended many workshops at home and abroad. I consider the following mediums in particular as inspiration and direction in my development: Simon James, Brian Robertson, Sandie Baker, Janet Parker, Matthew Smith, Glyn Edwards, Eileen Davies.
On the spiritual front, I also like to add Jiddu Krishnamurti, Sri Yukteshwariji & Paramhansa Yogananda, Buddha and Jesus.

The Spiritualists' National Union
Many people are familiar with the term medium, but few know what it really means. I myself started searching to find out what could explain my spirituality and sensitivity and came across Spiritualism in the process. The Spiritualists’ National Union (SNU) in England provides frameworks within which mediumship can be trained and also used to help humanity better understand life after death and its implications for our daily lives. The SNU applies 7 principles as precepts that serve as guidelines, not dogmatic laws.
Since 2012, I have written dozens of articles on meditation for the monthly digital newsletter of the SNU's international branch, the SNUi. I also teach meditation, consultation and communication with the spiritual world. I am a tutor for the Speaking & Demonstrating 2 written course and was the SNUi's Dutch representative from 2016 to June 2019.

I never dreamed in April 2011 that I would ever be able to achieve this.
