Get up after you have fallen and walk again. There is nothing you have to stay on your knees weeping for. Raise your eyes again and stand up. When you continue to grieve for what happened, your attention remains focused only on what was, not on what is or could be. You have to get back up and carry on. Moving on so you can see for yourself where the road you have taken leads.
Every path eventually leads to the peace you seek in your soul. But many of you sit still, staying in the place where they go down and grieving among those who also grieve. They reinforce each other, thinking they form a unity with each other. But you deny your own potential, you deny the soil you were born on. If your load is too heavy, leave it precisely where it becomes too heavy for you. Let it go and move on, without all the ballast from the past.
Letting go of the past is all you have to do. No longer try to cling to that which no longer serves you. The dust behind you will settle until it waits to be raised again by the next seeker. Nothing stays the same, for anyone, why should it be any different for you. So get up again and walk on, get on with your life and don't keep grieving. Allow yourself to feel sadness, but also see the relief as a moment to move on again.
Life is suffering when you choose it to be. But suffering is just an experience that can help you move on. For the soul knows no suffering and is therefore on its way back to the pure state of being. Therefore, let your soul guide you; it knows where it wants to go back to and how to get there. Your heart serves as a compass in this, not for the other, but for yourself. Let your heart show you the way back home but above all, be still. Silent to let your soul speak, so that it knows.
Move past everything that sounds like sense, move past everything that sounds familiar. Everything familiar has only brought you where you are now. Everything you know is old and does not serve you. The soul goes where it is new, where it is spontaneous and loving. Let your soul lead you to where everything is unknown to you, for you will know you are going the right way.
